Separate the announcement from your travel date
In a notice published on 2 October 2026, Uzbekistan Airways announced revised domestic fares starting 16 October. Its list includes Tashkent links with Samarkand, Bukhara, Urgench and other regional cities. We checked the airline’s announcement on 19 October.
The notice gives one-way starting amounts. Treat them as a reason to search your dates: the announcement does not establish seats or a final total for your chosen departure. Check the route direction, passenger details and selected fare in the airline’s booking channel.
Compare the complete travel day
Put two possible journeys beside each other: leaving the hotel, reaching the station or airport, completing the required checks, travelling and reaching the next hotel. Include luggage handling and the time you want for rest.
For example, when considering a Khiva extension, request an exact-date Urgench flight option together with the relevant transfers. Compare it with a rail-based plan before fixing the overnight stops. This is a suggested comparison, not a confirmed connection. Our four-city itinerary provides a starting structure.
Read the conditions beside the amount
The airline’s fare rules explain that ticket costs can include fares, fuel surcharges and taxes, and can vary with issuance dates and exchange rates. Baggage, changes and refunds also need attention at the selected-fare level.
Before paying, ask for a clear answer to three questions: what luggage is included, what happens if your plans change, and what total is payable? A useful comparison keeps those answers beside the amount rather than treating every economy ticket as equivalent.
Choose around the people travelling
Use the official flight schedule as a planning reference, then check the exact departure and available fare through the airline. Leave room for a different time or an extra night if the available options do not suit your pace.
For a personal proposal, share your dates, group size, room needs, luggage and preferred travel rhythm. Ask for the named transport, transfers, inclusions and total in writing. Public group-tour examples use ten adults sharing rooms; a couple or smaller group needs its own calculation.
Compare transport options for your journey, or read our train-ticket planning guide. An enquiry starts a conversation; the selected services still need availability and written confirmation.
