From a market find to your doorstep

  1. Describe your idea

Choose a category, budget and delivery country. Add size, colour and material preferences.

  2. Review the actual item

Before buying, review photographs, dimensions, materials, condition and maker information where available, then agree the final item price.

  3. Agree delivery and protection

Your quote separates the item price, any sourcing charge, packing, courier and optional transit cover. Confirm tracking, expected dispatch and how destination charges are handled.

  4. Confirm, then arrange payment

We arrange the purchase only after you approve the exact item, total price and written terms. Sending a request does not place an order.

Clear delivery and purchase terms

Courier and customs

Request tracked courier delivery, including DHL where available for the item and destination. The courier and cost are confirmed per order; no courier partnership is claimed.

Shipping depends on packed size, weight, destination and customs requirements. Duties, import tax and clearance fees are not included unless expressly itemised in your quote. Food and wooden items need destination checks; some cultural goods may need export documentation.

Quality, damage and returns

Before payment, your written quote identifies the seller and explains the item’s condition, return eligibility and who pays return postage. If a product warranty is offered, it states who provides it, how long it lasts, what it covers and how to claim.

Courier insurance covers eligible transit risks under its own terms. It is separate from a product warranty and is not automatic. Ask us to include the available cover and exclusions in your quote. Available cover, limits and claim deadlines are confirmed for your shipment before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged or different

  1. Photograph the item, outer box, inner packing and shipping label; keep the packaging.
  2. Contact us promptly with your order reference and the photographs through WhatsApp or email so we can check the agreed description and applicable claim deadlines.
  3. We will explain the next step under your agreed purchase terms and any courier cover. Confirm the return address and instructions with us before sending the item back.
